Because of who we are in God as carriers of His glory, it is easy to get caught up in pride, so therefore, God will allow extreme situations to occur in our lives in order to help us stay in touch with our humanity and recognize our constant need for Him. When God told Paul that His grace was sufficient for him, Paul then realized that there would be no deliverance from it; instead, he would have to daily rely upon God’s grace.
God is not going to deliver you from every difficult situation you encounter; however, He will provide for you the grace you need for it!
